Raise a Glass to Kane Brewing's 15th Anniversary

Fifteen years is definitely worth raising a glass to.

Kane Brewing is celebrating its 15th Anniversary on Saturday, August 8, from 12 to 7 PM, with a full day of craft beer, live music, great food, and plenty of reasons to stick around for another round. The brewery will be pouring a special anniversary draft list alongside limited can and bottle releases, plus exclusive anniversary merchandise for fans looking to commemorate the occasion.

Live music from Millennial Television and From The Ground will keep the party going under the beer tent, while Boardwalk Backstage serves up smash burgers throughout the afternoon. No tickets are required, so all that's left to do is grab your friends, bring your ID, and help toast 15 years of one of Monmouth County's favorite breweries.

The Perfect Pairing: The B’s Cheese & Beach Bee Cider

Your cheese board just got a little more exciting.

On August 13th at 6:30 PM, The B’s Cheese and Beach Bee Meadery are teaming up for an evening of artisan cheese, handcrafted cider, and plenty of delicious discoveries.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting featuring four cheese pairings, three Beach Bee ciders, one artisanal mead, and curated bites that prove cheese and cider are a match made in snack heaven. Whether you are a cheese connoisseur or just someone who enjoys a good snack lineup, you’ll leave with new favorites and pairing tips for your next at-home happy hour.

Mini Moo Kids Club Is Back for August

Looking to get everyone out of the house early for an activity?

Mini Moo Kids Club is happening every Wednesday from 9 to 10 AM through August 26 at Chick-fil-A Hazlet, giving kids ages 4 to 8 a full hour of crafts, games, stories, and themed activities. Every week brings something new, along with plenty of chances to make new friends and burn off a little energy before lunchtime.

The program is free to attend with registration, and occasional special guests and surprise activities keep the fun going all summer long. It's an easy addition to your weekly routine and one more way to keep away the "I'm bored" comments.

Bags at the Box: Corn Hole Tournament

Some people train to play professional sports. Others spend all summer perfecting their corn hole toss. This event is for the second group.

Head to The Sandbox in Highlands on Friday, August 14, from 6 to 9 PM for Bags at the Box, a 16-team beachside corn hole tournament where bragging rights are just as important as hitting the board.

With three courts, live music, cold drinks, and your toes in the sand, it's the kind of summer night that doesn't take itself too seriously. Whether you're a seasoned corn hole champion or simply along for the laughs, this tournament is all about good competition and even better company.

Grab your partner early! There are only limited spots available, and those rights to say "I told you we were the better team" don't earn themselves.
