Happy Tuesday, Monmouth County! So was I the only one waiting for the funny Super Bowl commercials that never quite arrived? This year’s ads felt more like “What did I just watch?” than classic Super Bowl gold. But hey, at least the snacks were great.

  • Sip & Stroll: Asbury Park Waterfront Wine Tour

  • Yoga, Puppies, and Pure Joy

  • French Classics Cooking Class with Chef Jean

Sip & Stroll: Asbury Park Waterfront Wine Tour

Bundle up and uncork some winter fun on the Asbury Park Boardwalk! On Sunday, February 22nd, The Asbury Park Waterfront Wine Tour brings together wine lovers for an afternoon of guided tastings at four of Asbury’s waterfront hotspots. Think great vibes, delicious pours, and seaside air. Along the way, you’ll sip curated wines at spots like Mutiny Beach, Kim Marie’s Eat & Drink Away, Palmetto Southern Kitchen + Bar, and Porta, all while strolling the iconic boardwalk.

Check in opens at 11:30 AM at the Grand Arcade at Convention Hall (1300 Ocean Ave), and the tour kicks off promptly at 12pm. This event is 21+ only, so bring your ID and your A-game for making new friends and discovering new favorite wines. Spaces fill up fast, so grab yours early and plan to savor every sip.

Cheers to great wine and winter sunshine by the water!

Yoga, Puppies, and Pure Joy

Ready to bend like a pretzel and cuddle like a puppy parent in training? Join Doggy Noses and Puppy Poses at Fitness Factory Holmdel on Saturday, February 21st at 12:30pm for a feel-good fusion of yoga and furry friends that turns your downward dog into the real deal. This class pairs a 45-minute mixed-level yoga session with free-roaming rescue dogs from OSCAR Animal Rescue ready to sneak into your poses and steal your heart. After all that flow, stick around for 15 minutes of pure puppy snuggles, guaranteed to lift your spirit.

Space is limited, so fetch your spot early and prepare to meet your new favorite workout buddies with four legs and warm noses.

French Classics Cooking Class with Chef Jean

If your usual dinner routine is asking “what do you want?” and hearing “I don’t know,” this one’s for you. Treat yourself to a hands-on French Classics cooking class with Chef Jean on Thursday, February 19th, where butter is encouraged and no one asks for chicken nuggets. This relaxed, interactive class walks you through timeless French dishes while you sip, cook, and pretend you’re way more sophisticated than your weekday night usually allows.

It’s the perfect excuse for a night out with friends, a date that doesn’t involve a loud restaurant, or just some uninterrupted adult conversation that doesn’t revolve around schedules.

Grab your spot, bring your appetite, and get ready to cook like the French do. Slowly, deliciously, and with plenty of wine energy

Brews for Big Hearts at Bakes Brewing

Your ticket includes one beer and a buffet by Pastosa Ravioli, plus live music by Matt Baker to keep things lively. There will also be a 50/50 and a gift auction, so bring a little extra luck and maybe leave with something fun.
