Fall Festival at Atlantic Stables

There’s a new family club in town and they’re kicking things off in style. Atlantic Stables in Rumson is opening its doors for its very first Fall Festival on Saturday, November 1st from 1 to 5 PM, inviting neighbors, friends, and families to come celebrate the season together.

Think of it as your invitation to see what this new community spot is all about. Expect hayrides, inflatable slides, and plenty of games for the kids (and the grown-ups who still act like them), plus face painting, live music on the patio, and complimentary local food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to keep everyone refreshed and in good spirits.

It’s more than just a fall event — it’s a glimpse into the kind of family-friendly gathering place Atlantic Stables is aiming to be: warm, welcoming, and rooted in community. Come see what all the buzz is about at Rumson’s newest spot. Everyone’s invited!

Monmouth Boat Club to be Awarded $750K Historic Preservation Grant

Big news for Red Bank’s waterfront — the Monmouth Boat Club has been recommended to receive a $750,000 Capital Level II matching grant from the New Jersey Historic Trust to restore its 130-year-old clubhouse foundation.

Perched on the Navesink River since 1895, the club is one of the last remaining 19th-century structures along the waterfront. The funding will support critical repairs to the building’s pilings and foundation, ensuring it remains a vibrant hub for sailing, community events, and local history for generations to come.

The grant is a milestone achievement made possible through the efforts of local representatives, historians, and community organizations, as well as the club’s dedicated grant committee. Additional fundraising will continue through the Friends of Monmouth Boat Club, a nonprofit partner working to preserve the site’s architectural and maritime heritage while expanding public programming.

Construction is slated to begin in fall 2026, marking a major step in keeping this beloved piece of Red Bank’s history standing strong.

Tricks, Treats, and Taps: Twin Lights Brewing Annual Halloween Party

Twin Lights Brewing is throwing its Annual Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st, and this one’s bound to be a crowd favorite. Starting at 6 PM, the brewery will come alive with live music from the Aguilar Family Band, costume contests, games, and plenty of prizes to go around.

You can sip on Twin Lights’ freshest Halloween beer releases—or stick to your go-to favorites—while soaking in the spooky vibes. And if you’re looking to level up your brewery merch game, don’t miss the limited-edition Dead Thirsty TLB hoodies before they vanish into the night.

Costumes are highly encouraged (the bigger the statement, the better), and admission is free, so there’s really no excuse to stay home. So round up your friends, grab a pint, and spend Halloween night where the spirits are high and the beer is even better.
