Oceanfest 2025: Long Branch’s Can’t-Miss 4th of July Party
Okay, if you're looking for the most extra way to spend the 4th—Oceanfest is it. All-day fun on the Long Branch Promenade from 1–10 PM with food trucks, live music, games, and a sand-sculpting showdown that’ll make you question your childhood beach castles.
The main event? New Jersey’s biggest fireworks show, popping off around 9 PM. It’s free, it’s festive, and it’s the best excuse to eat funnel cake. Bring the fam, leave your dog (sorry, no pets), and come ready for a day of sun, snacks, and nonstop fun.

From Sunburns to Sparklers: Fireworks Lighting Up the Shore This Week
It’s that time of year when the sky lights up, the neighbors mysteriously break out the giant speakers, and everyone suddenly becomes a firework critic. Whether you’re the designated grill master or just here for the “oohs” and “ahhs,” these 4th of July fireworks in Monmouth County are guaranteed to make your night way more fun—and way less about arguing over who forgot the ketchup.

July 4th at Monmouth Park: Honoring First Responders with Racing, Fun & Free Admission!
This 4th of July, while everyone else is busy chasing fireworks and dodging Aunt Karen’s potato salad, Monmouth Park is flipping the script to honor the local heroes — our first responders. From 11 AM to 5 PM, the racetrack is the place to be for a day packed with family fun, live horse racing, and a whole lot of gratitude for the people who keep us safe and sane.
What’s on the agenda? Think good vibes, great horses, and maybe a hot dog or two (because honestly, what’s a day at the track without some serious snacking?). All in attendance get in free, so grab the whole crew and come out to show some serious love and support!
Mark your calendars, grab your sunnies, and get ready for a chill, fun-filled Fourth celebrating the real MVPs of our communities.
